Weekly Shoots
We would like to schedule a shoot a week at various type of locales and time of day now that the weather is getting warmer. Please send in your suggestions and I'll put it on the calendar. Let's start off with keeping them within a 50 mile radius of the beltway.

Braddock Pennsylvania (this is the towns homepage) is the steel town that has been slowly dying since the 70's.
The coal fire underneath the town that I mentioned is Centralia PA. There are many websites that cover this town, here are a few:

Times Beach was a town that poisoned itself with Dioxin trying to reduce the dust on their dirt roads. The town had to be abandoned, and after years of cleanup by the EPA and hundreds of millions of dollars its now a state park.

April 16th Juror Talks
VisArts juried photography exhibit "How You See It" in the Kaplan Gallery on the 3rd floor. Juror, Frank Goodyear Curator of Photography for Smithsonian Portrait Gallery, will give a talk 6:30 pm.
